Program Overview

The province of British Columbia (BC) is one of Canada’s most dynamic economic centres, strategically located on the Pacific coast with direct connections to Asia. BC offers a safe living environment, excellent education and healthcare systems, and transparent policies that encourage entrepreneurs to establish and grow sustainable businesses.

The Entrepreneur Immigration stream of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is designed for experienced businesspeople who are ready to invest in and actively manage a business in communities across BC. The program selects and nominates foreign entrepreneurs for permanent residence in recognition of their important contributions to the provincial economy.
