Eligibility Requirements

  • Age from 21 to 54
  • Business owner or senior manager with at least 3 years of experience in the last 10 years
  • Minimum personal net worth of 500,000 CAD
  • Minimum education: college or university
  • Must meet security and health requirements
  • Minimum investment of 300,000 CAD in Regina or Saskatoon, or 200,000 CAD in other cities in Saskatchewan
  • Must achieve the minimum assessment score required by the province in each intake
  • A feasible business plan that brings economic benefit to the province
  • Must operate the business and create at least 2 jobs for Canadian citizens or permanent residents
